Colors may appear differently on your screen depending on your device and settings. The artwork you receive may vary slightly from what you see online.

 

PAYMENT
All major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay are accepted.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 14‑day window begins once the final package has been delivered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued once the item is received in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Original artworks may also be returned within the same 14‑day window. Because originals are one‑of‑a‑kind, they must arrive in the exact condition received.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact the studio within 14 days with photos. A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

ORDER PREPARATION
Preparation times vary by item. Some pieces are custom‑made and may require up to one week for printing or hand‑assembly, while others may take two to three weeks. Works labeled “original” typically ship within one to two weeks.

Certain limited editions may require printing through a reputable third‑party print house and will first be shipped to the studio for signing and numbering before being sent to the customer. This process may take up to two to three weeks, and busy shopping seasons (November–December) may extend preparation times further.

If your order contains both “original” and “non‑original” works, they may ship together once the longest preparation time is complete.

All preparation times are estimates and may vary based on vendor workload, shipping volume, or seasonal demand.

 

SHIPPING
Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments—except standard USPS letter or media mail—include tracking and insurance.

Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on item type. Small prints (up to 11×14 in.), calendars, Art Trading Playing Cards (ATPCs), and other small printed items may be shipped flat or rolled. Larger prints are typically shipped rolled in sturdy tubes. Odd‑shaped items are generally shipped in boxes. Packaging materials may vary based on supply availability, but all items are packaged with care.

Studio Darin Jones supports reusing and recycling materials whenever possible. You may receive packaging that includes repurposed cardboard or other recycled materials.

During busy shopping seasons (November–December), please allow extra time for creation, preparation, and shipping, as supply, weather, or other unforeseen delays may occur.

IMPORTANT: Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders are processed immediately—sometimes directly with third‑party vendors—and the address cannot be changed once submitted.
