Transactions on this site are processed by Darin Jones Passionate Arts (DBA). The studio operates publicly as Studio Darin Jones.

 

By placing an order on darinjones.com, you agree to the following terms:

 

ORDER PROCESSING
Many items require preparation or printing before shipment. Production times vary by item and are outlined on the About the Shop page.

 

SHIPPING
Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on item type. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking and insurance are included on most shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders cannot be modified once submitted.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 14‑day window begins once the final package has been delivered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued once the item is received in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Original artworks may also be returned within the same 14‑day window and must arrive in the exact condition received.

If an item arrives damaged, contact the studio within 14 days with photos so a claim can be filed and a replacement or refund arranged.

 

COPYRIGHT
All artwork, images, and designs are protected by copyright. Copyright remains with Darin Jones. Purchase does not grant reproduction rights, licensing rights, or permission to use the artwork commercially. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright in any form. All rights reserved.

With the purchase of an art piece, you become the owner of the physical artwork. The copyright remains with Darin Jones, the artist. You may not reproduce the image without written consent.
